Education

I completed my schooling at UBC with a Bachelors in Kinesiology in 2014, followed by a Masters of Physical Therapy in 2020. Advanced physiotherapy training includes: Pelvic Health (incontinence, labour & delivery), AN-IMS (dry needling), Orthopedic Level 1 (joint manipulations), and Mat Pilates.

Treatment Style

My goal in rehabilitation is to make physiotherapy approachable for every person. I hope to empower my patients to feel better by taking action through movement. Goal setting and a holistic approach are the keys to success!

About Me

My love of movement and interest in human anatomy stemmed from my twelve years of dancing and performing. I also enjoy teaching, and spent five years working as a Kinesiologist, Yoga Instructor, and a NSCA Strength and Conditioning Coach.
